  1. Create a 30-Day Plan to Managing Anxiety when you've finished this course
  2. Learn how to journal for comfort & peace in your life
  3. Practice mindfulness & implement into daily routine to help you identify more anxiety triggers

Day 7:

  1. Use confidence boosters to maintain long-term success
  2. Find where your peace & calm comes from in life
  3. Write & place helpful reminders in your home and/or office
